Pregnancy massage

Whether you just need some pampering or you are having pain during pregnancy, massage is essential. Relieve swelling in your feet, tired legs, and achy hips. The Body Cushion System and bolsters support you through every stage of pregnancy.

About Me

Graduating with honors from Everest College, I received my massage therapy license in 2013. I began my career working for a busy chiropractic office where I was able to gain experience with injury-specific treatment and pregnancy massage. This also created an environment for me to fine-tune my relaxation massage and learn new modalities. After three years, I was ready to move into business for myself. I spent the next three years refining my interests and sculpting my practice even further. Massages are truly tailored to my clients' needs and generally include a mix of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and PNF’s (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation).

Continuing my education is very important to me and continues to help me create a massage practice I can be proud of. My continuing education training includes: Cupping Therapy, Myofascial Balancing, IASTM-Rock Blades, Hydrotherapy, Himalayan Salt Hot Stone Massage, CHABA (Cannabis Health and Beauty Aid) massage, 16 hr Breast and Chest certification.

In my spare time, I love yoga, traveling, reading, being outdoors, taking continuing education classes and spending time with my family.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

I can accept PIP claims (car accidents, personal injury). I do not accept 3rd party PIP claims. All insurance clients must have their benefits verified by me first and have a current massage prescription at time of your first appointment. I am not currently accepting new major medical insurance clients, but I can provide a Superbill for you to submit out of network claims.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes! You can purchase gift certificates in person or I can email you an invoice through Square for payment and I can mail a physical card to you or a guest.

Can I talk during my massage?

I am a firm believer in letting the client do the leading in conversation. If you want to be quiet the whole massage, I will let you. If we are doing a lot of treatment work, I do like to check in on discomfort. Likewise, please always speak up if something isn’t working for you, whether it’s pressure, the music, or temperature. Also, I like to keep topics light and I will not engage in controversial conversations. Make this session exactly what you’d like!

What do I wear during my massage?

Wear what makes you comfortable. You can be completely naked or wear all of your clothes. If you are completely undressed, your genitalia and breasts will always be covered by the drape. Upon written consent, I will drape glutes to work directly on the skin. If you keep your underwear on, I will work over the sheet on your glutes. I can always modify my work to make you comfortable.
